- Plan Your Drop-off / Wait Time: Usually, regular visits are finished in less than 90 minutes. In the meantime, you may unwind and enjoy our cozy lounge while we attend to your vehicle. For visitors who need to get back to work or other obligations, we offer a free shuttle within a 10-mile distance. If that doesn’t meet your needs, you can organize for a friend or family member to bring you, and we'll inform you as soon as your car is good to go for pick-up.

- Relax: We provide a cozy waiting area with coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks available for purchase. Complimentary WI-FI is also offered so you may work or browse during your visit.
What Happens During Service
During your Volkswagen Service Xpress visit, our expert technicians will perform the following services:
- Oil and Filter Change: Your oil and vehicle's filter will be replaced. We exclusively utilize Volkswagen products to maintain the optimal performance of your engine.
- Tire Rotation: Tire rotation helps ensure even wear and extends the life of your tires, promoting better handling and safety on the road. (Not included in VW CARE).
- Video Multi-Point Inspection: Our technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your vehicle to pinpoint any potential issues or areas of concern. You'll receive this video via text by one of our technicians so you can follow the work being done.
- Battery Check: We'll thoroughly inspect your battery to guarantee it's performing at its best and that it remains in excellent shape.
- Other checks: Where needed, our technicians will refill fluids, replace dust and pollen filter, inspect front axle and suspension components, check fault memory, and more.
